Pork Chop Casserole Recipes

Italian Pork Chop Casserole
This is a simple pork chop recipe but your family will love it. You will too. All you have to do is pop it in the oven and bake it. Great no-brainer pork recipe!
Ingredients
4 boneless pork loin chops, 3/4-inch thick
1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 large potatoes, peeled and sliced 1/4 inch thick
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon chopped green pepper
Directions
Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F.
Sprinkle the pork chops with Italian seasoning and pepper. Arrange them in the center of a 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish that has been coated with nonstick cooking spray.
Combine the sliced potatoes, chopped onion and flour and place them around the pork chops. Dot the pork chops with the butter and sprinkle with the chopped green pepper.
Cover the baking dish and bake at 325 degrees F for 55 minutes. Uncover and bake 10-15 minutes longer or until the potatoes are tender and the pork chop juices run clear.
Pork Chop Casserole
This pork chop casserole is not only hearty and satisfying but it's super easy to prepare. A delicious one-dish meal!
Ingredients
2 (1 ounce) packages dry onion soup mix
3 cups water
2 cups instant rice
1 (4.5 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
salt and pepper to taste
6 (3/4 inch) thick pork chops
Directions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
In a medium size bowl, mix the dry onion soup mix and water until the soup mix is dissolved. Pour the mixture into a 10x15 baking dish. Add the rice and mushrooms and mix to distribute well. Salt and pepper to taste.
Add the pork chops in a single layer on top of the mixture. Push the pork chops down into the mixture and make sure they are covered with it.
Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
