Ham Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
2 cups cubed or shredded ham
3 cups cooked macaroni
3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 (10.75 ounce) can milk
1/4 cup dried breadcrumbs
Directions
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.
In a casserole dish combine the ham, macaroni, cheese, soup and milk. Mix together well.
Bake, covered, at 375 degrees F for 20 minutes. Uncover, top with the breadcrumbs, and bake, uncovered for 10 more minutes.
Leftover Ham Casserole Recipe
This is a simple recipe that is elegant enough to serve to guests. A complete meal in itself but you can add a side of green beans for color. Serve with crusty bread.
Ingredients
2 cups potatoes, cubed
2 cups cooked leftover ham, cubed
1 (15.25 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
1/4 cup finely minced fresh parsley
1/4 cup butter
1 tablespoon chopped onions
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 3/4 cups milk
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the potatoes and cook until they are tender but still firm, about 15 minutes. Drain and cool.
Combine the potatoes, ham, corn and parsley and set aside.
In a saucepan saute the onion in butter for 2 minutes and then stir in the flour until blended well. Gradually add the milk and pepper. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook and stir for about 2 minutes. Remove from the heat and pour over the ham mixture. Stir to mix well.
Pour the mixture into a greased 11x7 baking dish. Cover and bake for 25 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and bake 5 to 10 minutes longer until cheese melts.
