Grilled Pork Roast
This grilled pork roast recipe is perfect when you're having guests for dinner. Pork roast is always a winner and grilled it's even better. The rosemary and garlic compliments the apple and honey.

Rosemary Grilled Pork Loin Roast Recipe
Ingredients
3 medium tart apples, peeled and chopped
1 cup apple cider or apple juice
3 green onions, chopped
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 (3 pound) boneless pork loin roast
Directions
In a small saucepan combine the apple, cider, onions, honey, rosemary and garlic and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Cool the mixture to room temperature.
Place the pork roast in a large resealable plastic bag and add half of the marinade. Seal bag and turn to coat and then refrigerate overnight, turning occasionally. Transfer the remaining marinade to a bowl and cover and refrigerate.
Clean and coat your grill rack with nonstick cooking spray before starting the grill.
Prepare your grill for indirect heat using a drip pan.
Drain the pork roast and discard the marinade from the pork. Grill the roast, covered, over indirect medium heat for 1-1/4 to 1-3/4 hours or until a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees F, turning occasionally.
Let the pork roast stand for 10 minutes before slicing. Heat the reserved marinade and serve with the pork.
You don't need a special occasion to invite over some guests and have them enjoy this delicious grilled pork roast.
