Barbecued Ribs Recipe

Simply Delicious Barbecued Ribs

Ingredients

3 pounds pork spareribs
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup ketchup
1 cup hot water
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions

Preheat your oven to 450 degrees F.

Place the pork spare ribs on a jelly roll pan. Cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil and bake at 450 degrees F for 45 minutes or until tender. Drain off the fat.

In a saucepan combine all the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.

Pour the barbecue sauce over the spare ribs.
