Barbecue Pork Ribs Recipe
This Barbecue Pork Ribs Recipe could become your families' favorite. True barbecue aficionados will argue that barbecue pork ribs should be smoked. This recipe, however, is done in the oven.

Barbecue Pork Ribs
Ingredients
3 pounds pork spareribs
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup ketchup
1 cup hot water
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
Place ribs on a jelly roll pan. Cover tightly with foil; bake at 450 degrees F for 45 minutes or until tender. Drain off any fat. In a saucepan, combine all remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Pour over ribs. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F; bake, uncovered, for 1 hour, basting frequently.
The Barbecue sauce is what makes this barbecue pork ribs. Without it you would just have a baked ribs recipe and not a barbecue pork ribs recipe.
